We have several home models set up in our park but, if you have specific needs, we will sit down with you, go over your needs, and get you the home of your dreams. The homes can usually be delievered in 4 to 5 weeks.
Place a home you purchase through us in our community and we will gladly run a credit report and see if we can add the set up cost in with the price of the home and finance that cost in with the home.
RENTERS!
We have many options for residents that are interested in renting a home or lot.
We have vacant lots for people that want to move their home onto our property. We have both single wide and double wide lots. We provide sewer and garbage and have utility hookups available for everything else. We run specials on the lot rentals including free lot rent so make sure you give us a call to find out our current special.
For residents looking for a home,we also have many options! We have double wides, single wides, and even our newest venture which is a fully furnished home with 3 bedroom 2 baths that include washer and dryer for $649.00. We have easy qualifications and you never have to worry about the neighbor above you.
History
We have been located in Montgomery since 1978. We have new owners that are excited about the park and have many changes coming. We plan on placing picnic tables around the park along with some Bar-B-Que grills.
Staff
The park is now managed by Brenda Ellis who is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Florida and Alabama. She has had many years of experience in the property management field. Brenda has attended many classes and recently was awarded the ARM Certification by The Institute of Real Estate Management.The other office staff are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds and are licensed with AMHA. At the time of this posting all of the office staff also live in the community therefore, we care what goes on here. We are committed to making your stay here as comfortable as possible and to help you realize that you are home.
Office
Our office is located on site and open 7 days a week for your convenience. We have a staff of 5 maintenance men that are here during the week and always on call for emergencies during the weekends.
